Mentorship

Industry mentoring is an essential and intentional component of the NRA. Our Industry Mentoring Program connects students, who are in their junior year of study, with an industry mentor.  Mentors inspire students to think about the range of work options available and to actively support their career exploration, professional development, and networking in their field and/or industry.

A mentor’s commitment is for one academic year (September to May), although the pairing may continue if both the parties are interested. Each student will have a unique set of questions or areas in which she/he is seeking advice and mentoring support.
